Teaira is a Growth Mindset thought leader passionate about creating generational wealth related to entrepreneurship, health, and education. She works on other projects to help eliminate the disparity in education by providing access and exposure to resources in the community.  She has infused mentoring, education, and networking into her personal and professional life.

Coupled with her 20+ years leading teams in Corporate America, the team has an insatiable desire to help strategic partners achieve their highest potential. Teaira attributes her values and respect for the community to growing up in the Bronx, New York, and graduating from an HBCU.
